Naval Base Ventura County saves big with retrofitting

Congratulations are in order for Navy’s Energy Efficiency Technology Validation program!  Recently the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC) Twentynine Palms was retrofited for LED lighting.
